September 27^th Betsy Zmuda-Swanson - "The Mindful Artist".  Through mindfulness, one can turn nearly any endeavor into an art form.  Artists who harness mindfulness enjoy greater creativity as they are not burdened with evaluations and judgments.  This session will focus on letting go of the internal critic and embracing mindfulness.  10:30-11:30 - Left Bank Art League Member

Well I made it through another year of Scott County Fair and am ready to get back into the swing of things.   On Thursday I will be at the Farmers Market in Dewitt Iowa at the park from 4-6.
Monday I will be at the Trinity Market in Bettendorf from 3-6 and Wednesday morning at the  Davenport market from 8-12 at North Park Mall.
